  1. Maybe. I walked by last night and a couple pelles mecaniques were out of the hole.
  2. Seriously coolest Griff project right now. By far.
  3. Totally cool with this. Is the "courtyard" private or public?
  4. I know. necroposting is the worst. pretty bad on this forum. thankfully I have a few pictures coming up.
  5. Jan 16 2015 Crane is going up. No picture for now, feel free to beat me to it Olivier2160 EDIT: My bad. Didn't go up today. But seems like any day now.
  6. Good map. However Square Victoria is barely connected. As soon as you're on the platform, you're off the grid.
  7. Has Rubs Smokehouse re-opened yet? That was the only place interesting on that dead stretch. Also we desperately need an American BBQ restaurant in Shaughnessy Village
  8. Fluff piece from La Presse. Nothing really new or interesting. Condos haut de gamme à Westmount
  9. That's some bullshit ideas. Who cares about this?!? Maybe the former would work but definitely not the latter. Christine Gosselin is delusional to the max.
  10. Holy FUCK that's huge. Very bad. What a fiasco. Although the writing was on the wall. Wonder what's gonna happen to the Alexis-Nihon location. Perfect for a Walmart IMHO. The one on Cote-Des-Neiges is close enough, but always so full.
  11. Thanks Vauxhall! I remember that coolopolis article too, shame on me, good on you. Yes very classy building. Simple clean lines, minimalist yet beautiful brick work, high contrast street-level. Love it.
  12. Is that because they are still under construction or there's just no tenant?
  13. It probably looked something like the Midland Motor Sales building i.e. nothing special. but for sure there used to be houses there pre-1900, I remember seeing Chomedey at Sainte-Catherine on BANQ.
  14. January 14 2014 Finishing touches between Altoria and its neighbor. Oh and TD bank sign is going up today.
  15. Right. I don't know what was there before Canadian Tire but I'd be willing to bet it was beautiful Victorians torn down to make way for PROGRESS and MODERNISM.
  16. I noticed this traffic analysis equipment at Saint-Marc and Sainte-Catherine this afternoon (next to Provigo). Certainly wasn't there this weekend. There was a ten foot pole with what looked like a sensor or camera of some kind. Any ideas?
  17. The fence has been there for a few months. Don't jump to conclusions.
  18. Looks like Comedyworks is reopening under different management. http://www.comedyworksmtl.ca/ As for Flex, they recently put up a fence around their own little "front yard". Methinks they're looking to turn it into a terrasse for a restaurant this summer.
