Don't worry, sometimes it's better that they are late instead of cutting corners.

 

Be grateful they are actually using bricks instead of piece of crap metal or panfab panels. This is one of the most beautiful construction in Griffintown right now and I think it is not because of the architecture but more because of the choice of materials - the colors, textures and everything is almost perfect. C'est rare!
