    Thank you very much for the info XplorateUrbain, i got a friend who wants to buy BASS, we got shocked by the price compared to other project, we have notice the sheathing is using paper faced up gypsum board unlike other project using CGC's. We just worried if the building will have many problems in the future...lol i know MUSTO got multiple project in GriffinTown, but their sales gave me a pretty bad impression at our first visit.

    this project now is still 40k below other project in Griffin town any reason for that? the sales said due to the cheap land they got...

    they took 53sqft of my unit and added it to the mechanical room next my unit, on the contract it says they can have 5% of discrepancy from the plan.

    nice, i got 8% less of the sqft in my condo, they only refund me 3%, i rather pay than they refund and cut my unit..:(, i know they didnt do it on purpose.

    update from the developer. They will make a flashing to seal the crack. There is no danger of water or snow though as everything is sealed with the membrane and insulation and can not seep into the wall. I will advise when they will come to install the piece to conceal the crack.

    Thank you Rocco and vincethewipet, i have already contact the service@gallery. Hope they are gone seal it ASAP for me. since the winter is coming, and i have been living in for 1 year already... sigh.. But i dont see it for other side.

    Hi Gigi75 Thanks for your kindly reply, yes i already signed with notary, they refunded me $8800 instead $20000~, so paid $10000 more on my unit. I could refuse the deal but i was also afraid this will bring some lawsuit and will drag forever, because per my Lawyer friend these small case can goes up to 1-2 years, and on otherside i will still need to rent an apartment during the lawsuit, so it will end up the same May be i was just unlucky on my first purchase. I am planning to buy the phase 4 of Bassin
