C'est une maudite bonne nouvelle! Même les personnes "anti-chars" ne pourront as chialer contre ce projet. Ça va réduire la quantité de traffic sur l'île de Montréal, et ça c'est un bonne chose!

Je travaille à la DSP et même des médecins qui s'occupent d'environnement sont en faveur de ce projet... C'est tout dire!

La nouvelle 30 va aussi diminuer la pollution, car un véhicule qui roule pollue moins que quand il est pris dans le trafic. En tous cas ça va aider le pont champlain.

Traditionalist Mohawks from South-shore Kahnawake stormed the highway 30-extension construction-site in St-Constant today.

 

The protesters set-up a banner reading «No Trespassing, Mohawk Territory» and sat down underneath it.

 

The small group objects to the Highway 30 extension and says the agreement their Band-Council signed with the Transport Ministry, is illegal.

 

The situation remains calm: there have been no confrontations between the Mohawks and the construction crew as yet.

I say : screw them. It's about time our government put its pants and tell them who's the boss !! Otherwise, we're up to no good with them.
