Second tower still office, but looks to be 30 storey but an increase of about 1 million sqft by covering the entire block

This looks much better than previous renderings. A hotel next to the Bell Centre and nearby office buildings makes sense. Let's hope it moves forward...

Perso je trouve que la tour à bureau a un petit quelque chose du nouveau Tribunal de Paris... Pas mal du tout !

30 floors? I doubt it very much since the Deloitte tower looks much higher and has only 26 floors. 😉

Yes, indeed better.  They are probably getting feedback from potential corporate tenants and thus the design of the office building has evolved.   The last version was so lazy and so uninspired.    I have a feeling it's going to be refined still.  (One more little box on top and that would be awesome!)

Speaking of lazy design, they still can't figure a way to elegantly disguise or build-around the MTQ structure.

An office tower has stories with average 4m, even more sometimes, and residential is more between average 3 to 3.5m per story. That might explain it.

If you zoom in closely ... it looks like Humaniti.... with both buildings superimposed  ....🧐

There is no Hilton hotel in downtown Montreal which shouldn't be the case forever.  Even the airport Hilton is now a Sheraton.   I don't have any insider info on this but I suspect Hilton would be in the mix.

The second CF building (on the right) is also an office tower. 😉
