One of the ugliest most horrendous blind walls (A side of a building with no windows) in the city will still be visible even though the 200-meter Maestria has the right to build a large enough  podium to hide it. They chose to keep a distance between the blind wall and the current building. Look at the Rocco's second and third photo and gaze upon the gray cladding beauty. 🤢

They probably did that because they want to have windows on their southern  facade. It’s a perfectly valid choice.

La cochonnerie à mur jaune a seulement une quinzaine d'étages (gros max), ça ne représente qu'environ 25% de la hauteur totale des Maestria. Ça fait donc pas mal de fenêtres qui auront des vues totalement dégagées vers le Sud dans un cas et vers l'Ouest dans l'autre.

Take a look at any fully-built city block where buildings are built right next to each other, glued to each other.  Each one has been built to their respective lot line.

Personne n'est dupe. Comme nous tous ici, les gens de Brivia savent très bien que la petite cochonnerie située à ses pieds est vouée à disparaître à plus ou moins court terme et qu'à sa place s'élèvera ce qui pourrait être un chouette sliver.
