    Le problème dans ce cas-ci n'était pas le promoteur. Il y avait un problème avec le droit de passage dans une ruelle sur le terrain (ou quelque chose de la sorte). Je n'ai pas tous les détails sur la poursuite légale, mais c'est vraiment le temps qu'ils ont passé en cour qui a fait en sorte que le projet n'a pu se réaliser.......selon mes sources, bien sûr.

    Ce projet recommence. Il sera recommencé à zéro (aménagement intérieur) et sous un autre nom, mais toujours le même promoteur.

    I would like to retract my previous complaint about the 0,40$. I was thinking with the mindset of a broke moron. The service is fantastic and i have used it many times. The money is well worth it when you need to use it. First time i used it was when i parked my car downtown and went to La Ronde. This is when i had my AHA! moment. I've been using it ever since and everytime, i think to myself, this is really worth 0.40$. And Brub hit it right on the head.

    I really feel that the 0.40$ charge per use is not only unacceptable, but also insulting! I hope nobody uses it until they completely remove the fee. Money grabbing at its finest ladies and gents! Buuuuuut, genius idea.......

    I am working on this place and all i can say is that it is badass!!!! It looks really great and anyone who goes will be pleasantly surprised. The owners really put in a lot of thought in the design.

    Ce qui est bien et triste en même temps de toute cette discussion, c'est que tout le monde a raison. Mark a des bons points, ainsi que ceux qui se disent défendre le Français. Cependant, où les francophones perdent des points, c'est au niveau du respect. Mark n'a insulté personne et dans presque chaque message addressé à lui, il y a une insulte qu'on peut entendre dans une cour d'école primaire. Not a great thread for francophones. Instead of arguing intelligently, you resorted to childish insults and "go back to your country"-ish racist comments. Who will come in and save the French?.......

    Je suis impliqué dans le projet et le propriétaire m'a confirmé cette semaine que, comme MartinMtl l'a dit, les travaux vont bel et bien commencer au printemps.

    C'était à peine une critique, je dirais plus que c'était une insulte gratuite à la toute fin.......vraiment "out of nowhere"

    Wow! Absolutely phenomenal movie! The only thing that sucks is that if you want to go to the bathroom, even for 1 minute, you will miss something important. Awesome from opening scene to the very last second. We could also mention that "the matrix" may have served as inspiration for this movie. Still a solid 10!

    C'est définitivement en construction et en plus, ils sont en avance sur l'échéancier original....un promoteur qui termine la job AVANT la date prévue, bravo Devmont!

    I just called for some info and it is not the same company. The lady at Groupe Pacific couldn't even tell me who the developper was.
