    You can see this building all the way from Bishop at Maisonneuve. The Desjardins logo should have been facing West, not North. Missed opportunity!!!

    Here it is: December 16th 2015. Also the restaurant is scheduled to open January 4th 2016 I believe. Moxie's and ... (whatever the other steak place is called) just got some more competition.

    Top of the page still says something about townhouses on the first 2 floors. Maybe that's what confused him. Myself I have no idea what's going on. Can we see some renders? Can the mods please update the top post?

    There's a similar old shed / shack just next to Concordia metro, behind Qing Hua dumplings on Lincoln. It's surrounded by "modern" apartment buildings and it was never demolished. Somewhere here, (bottom right corner) I'm sure I saw its picture online once.
