I drove through a filming maybe 2 weeks ago, they had a lot of circa 1938-1942 American cars parked up and down Lincoln Ave. with 1940 New York license plates on them... I wonder what the film is about

The Golden Globe for best actor, comedy or musical goes to Paul Giamatti in "Barney's Version", an adaptation from Montreal's Mordecai Richler. Giamatti even raved about Montreal, giving the city the best publicity money cannot buy. Congrats Paul! Now I really want to see the movie, big boast!

"We had to ... call (the rental company) back and be like, 'We're sorry! The car is broken,' " the American Idol winner told Minneapolis radio station K102 Thursday, according to Us Weekly. She added: "So that was fun. I am not going back to Montreal."
