Not at all. I don`t disagree with you that it can be taller - MOST IMPORTANT is what happens at floor level. I will accept 19 floors but WOULD NOT ACCEPT poor integration at street level.

I don't mind the heights proposed here.  Most important in this location is quality of finishes and design.  As well as street level activation -  but that should be obvious to the developers as this is the emerging luxe street in Montreal.   De la Montagne is a super narrow street so a 30 storey building is not ideal.  However, one with deep set-backs could be fine.

This is probably the most important outstanding development site in the city.  Very good to see it finally in the mix.

I know it's unrealistic, but I really hope the parking ingress on Mountain street is single car only and there's a car elevator, to minimize the effect on the street.
