Sure, but I've seen many short buildings with terrible street level integration. You can still build high and have street level integration. What I think would work there is a another Concordia campus building at the bottom of the tower, maybe offices midlevel and rentals at the top.

Peut-être qu'on a mal lu et qu'il s'agit d'un basiliaire de 11 étages surmonté d'une élévation de 19 étages s'additionnant en surhauteur des mètres additionnels du niveau permis 🤷‍♂️

Why are we allowing Art de Vivre at 35 floors near Quartier des Spectacles, but limiting height in an otherwise super dense area? We built Hotel de La Montagne in 1966 next to this lot at 19 floors and 50 years later we are still stuck at that level in that area? Simply incredible.

Calme toi là, c'est pas Sim City, pas obligé d'avoir un core haut et le reste tout petit. On peut mélanger les trucs un peu.
