On peut supposer qu'en dépit du fait que le permis de construction ne soit peut-être pas encore autorisé. Celui d'excavation l'est probablement, puisque la Ville n'a pas refusé la demande, elle l'a seulement retournée à la table à dessin. D'ailleurs depuis le temps Canvar nous a habitué à ses discrètes démarches en coulisses, en sortant subitement un lapin de son chapeau. Ici je dirais que ce sera plutôt un kangourou qui sort d'un conteneur vu les dimensions estimées de la future tour.

The project will be 60 floors, not 62. The estimated cost of the project is $100 million, which is very cheap.

50M $ pour acquérir le terrain et seulement 100M $ pour la construction? Ça fait peur.

I really hope it became an interesting and beautiful landmark and not just a boring cheap prefab tower.

I expect every tiny speck of news for some of these proposals (and those in the Mass Transit section) will get this type of post as a reaction unless a modified “likes” system is implemented. I agree with the plurality that a non-sticky “fave” tool and no downvotes would be a good compromise.

Pour comparer, VSLP c'est 300 millions, 1SP près d'un milliard (pour les trois phases par contre), l'Avenue 200 millions.

Ca va être incroyablement cheap, cheap x10. La Tour Des Canadiens 1, qui est 100% prefab et plus petit, a coûté 230 millions...en 2013. J'espère que la qualité médiocre sera à l'intérieur, et non à l'extérieur.
