If you go the very first day of the opening (basically you are on their priority list), they might give you a 3-5% off and include some extras....but I don't think you can do better than that...sometimes they will include condo fees for the first year. But price wise, they won't bulge...

Prices are high. 440 sq.ft. more like 290 with tax.

The interiors are cheap too.

The other downtown projects are better deal.

Drummond doesn't look like that great of an investment. If you plan to buy something in that area, you should look into the projects near BC. Icone is offering deep discounts o__o.

Pour en revenir au Drummond, je trouve que c'est une excellente insertion sur une rue secondaire, et pas mal mieux que Flex et Viva sur Mackay. Ça n'a rien à voir avec les condos autour du Centre Bell, ce n'est même pas dans la même ligue. Toute comparaison est boiteuse.

Pas vraiment. Pour le prix que vous payez pour Drummond, vous pouvez aussi bien dépenser un peu plus et acheter une unité près de CB.

Ce projet a subi des modifications majeures. Il aura plus d'étages (environ 25 ou 26), plus d'unités (220 au lieu de 195) et un design assez différent.
