Thanks for those! I had already played around with them but it is kind of hard to tell because of the heigth of the building and how much of the sun it will block.

I was there today at exactly 6h40pm and the first floor had direct sunlight for the first third portion of the building on Basin side. The building across the street did not seem to be in a position to block the sun for another couple hours.

Oops it's not exactly true! I passed by yesterday afternoon at 4:20 and the first floor was in the shadow, the sun was on from the 2nd floor and up.

La terrasse avec la piscine sur le toit va ouvrir la semaine prochaine. Une grande partie du terrain juste à l'ouest de l'édifice et une petite bande juste au nord vont être gazonnées dans les prochains jours. Le bassin entre les deux édifices actuels va être mis en eau à la fin d'août.

I think Jerry meant that for the whole first floor, a big portion didn't have direct sunlight.

 

This is not true for the section closest to the Basin street. The first quarter-third portion of the first floor get's sunlight past 6pm in this time of the year for sure. The second part of the building is in the shadows though.

 

I know because I took a walk on Basin street and was standing right next to what I believe will be your future unit.
