Ils doivent attendre comme tout le monde de voir où se dirige tout ça. Je ne pense pas qu'on aura une annonce à court terme. Selon moi, le projet sera construit, mais avec un retard de 6 mois à 1 an.

Dans toutes les entrevues accordées, ils ont toujours maintenu que le projet serait lancé fin 2011, début 2012.

but i'm hoping we'll get more details on the project before it's launched create some buzz and excitement like a hollywood blockbuster

But it's true that up to now these guys have been very bad at promoting this project !! We have almost not heard about it, and I'm sure outside of this forum no one knows about this.

 

Come on you are one of the biggest real estate player in the world !! If Prével can do it, Cadillac Fairview surely can...

These 2 projects are done by local players who know their market, and these projects are very ' Montreal Style' .

 

 

 

For this new project, it's a Toronto player, who is trying to bring a Toronto style project. They are for sure way more cautious about what they are doing.

 

 

This has never been done in Montreal ( well not in the past 40 years !)
