  1. Looks decent!
  2. With Arrondissement 21, Victoire, St-M phase 2 (and 3?) this is gonna be a pretty lively place in 3-4 years!
  3. 1F: commercial 2F: office space 3F: residential hoping for a bit of a facelift otherwise very pleased this is moving forward. also the art deco neighbor (old police station) got a new tenant, don't know who yet. just says LOUE.
  4. Actually this reminds me of Chicago's mag mile. Franktko I think you're off. This starts on Ste-Catherine.

Now that's a sight for sore eyes.

Over the Children's??? I can see it, but man what a tight fit. You'd have to gobble up Tupper, Cabot Square, the Pentecostal Church and probably tear down some (centennial) residences on Lambert/Hope/Sussex. The forum could be gutted and converted into a parking tower. I'm hoping the Bonaventure site comes up on top but I wouldn't stand in the way of a Shaughnessy baseball-driven revival! Anyway this report is amazing.
  7. Right, except that would be "next door", not "behind". Also FYI TD Insurance haven't been there for years, and the sign may be replaced in 2014. UrbMtl please check your private messages. BTW here's what the Notre-Dame building looked like in 1924. Respect your elders!
  8. Wow, the shame!!! I guess I'm used to most top messages being outdated on this forum. Thanks for the literal "heads up"
  9. Sorry if this was answered before, but what's the $/sqft on these projects on average? I kinda like how this is coming along. Is going to the sales office the only way to get pricing?
  10. Agreed. I hope the other guys were just joking. Do something with the Univers lot first, or the vacant lot at Notre-Dame and St-Henri just across. 11. > change the stupid name. "Tom" really? Tower of Montreal? Not that bad.

  13. Not ashamed to admit that I like shopping at Winners once in a while, they have good work pants and cheap underwear Nearby ETS students will definitely appreciate their selection. Still, Winners seems a bit inappropriate for this project. It's a weird fit, but I welcome it nonetheless. Interesting commercial offer from devimco.
  14. The one in Old Montreal (on st-james) is decent at best, good for large groups. The one at Atwater has bad comments and yeah there's a new one diagonally across from PDA. Guess this will be the fourth location.
  15. Man... I can also see SAQ and "WINN" (winners?) logos too, nice catch. Those cars are a little flat though
  16. Man, not 100% sure this is the right thread. Mods please move if necessary. Otherwise, I request the top post to be updated with this image. Bit of a fluff piece, probably nothing new for us, but good news nevertheless. METRO: Vers plus de services de proximité dans Griffintown
