Sotheby seems to be handleling sales and supposedly have 35% sold. The smallest unit (1900sqft) sold for 1.5 million.

 

The building will be built using local limestone and Indiana Bluff (white). Construction should begin in April and the building is scheduled to be completed in 15 months.

It looks so weird not having the grocery store there anymore. I should have went in before it was demolished It looks like a nice project though. I wonder if Westmount will ever get another high-end grocery store.

 

I wonder if someone will be bold enough and buy both penthouse units (for a total of approx. $5,274,655) and turn it into one massive unit of 9,512 sq.ft. Plus it would have like 1,712 sq.ft of terrace space. Instead of 19 units it be 18 or turn it into 5 large units
