Looking at rem.info it seems the headways have been decided for when all branches are operational, and they're longer than what was promised in 2016. Airport and Morgan branches: 10/15 minutes (peak/off-peak); DM: 5/15. This would suggest main trunk headways will be 2.5/5 once all three branches are running.

Oh I think if CDPQ Infra is offered another corridor that they can acquire for pennies on the dollar (à la tunnel/DM line/Doney spur) that would integrate well with the first REM, I am confident they'd make another unsolicited offer to the government.
