Anyone knows if they plan to keep/re-use the art-deco lobby elements? There isn't a lot of art-deco in Mtl and I thought it was nice in a sort of tacky/retro kind of way. Always thought it was a bit out of place in that concrete ugliness that was that hotel. I also hope they'll manage to have some kind of an elevated terrace somewhere, which was nice too...

C'est comme si, soudainement, une crotte de nez embarrassante venait d'être enlevée après des années de sévices esthétiques. On respire mieux....
