I got the email as well, "full of towering surprises" does seem to imply more than one tower on the lot. Can't wait for pre-sales to start!

Ils ont vraiment l'air de hyper la hauteur, c'est clair qu'ils atteindront la limite. Quelqu'un peut nous rappeler quelle est-elle? Et quel autre building s'y compare?

I think the max height on this lot is 190-195 metres since it's ~30m ish above sea level. Not 100% sure, but it's in that ballpark..

S'il y a un site où on peut se payer le maximum de hauteur c'est bien un de ceux là. Maintenant est-ce que ce sera un édifice mixte, peut-être? Si je me rappelle bien à un moment donné on avait demandé un changement de zonage pour inclure locaux universitaires, est-ce encore pertinent?

Ce sera une tour à condo avec un ou deux commerces au rez-de-chaussé. C'est du Brivia, je pense qu'on commence à connaitre la recette du promoteur.

Just because I love you guys, let's add some genuine facts: Project's height reach the city limit for the lot, more than a thousand condo units (that's a big first for a single project in MTL), 100% residential (no mixed-use intended). Contenders are Lemay, MSDL and BLTA. That's more than I can say right now...Expect to have further news in January!

I'm also hoping whatever design they go for is unique and different, too many boxes in the city and it is time developers experiment with designs.

a thousand condo units?? wow that's huge. Gotta be 2 towers then, right?

Well seeing it’s Brivia and they are doing YULs .... big chance will be double towers ... I’m hoping won’t be identical twin towers, but different looking twins ?
