It's a pretty old industrial sector that's hasn't yet seen any urban renewal... but is part of Montreal-Nord's Pie-IX revitalisation plan. It's one of the reasons this project is key in the hopes of spurring more private investment in the area.

Thanks, and I am part of the builders team... hopefully no one will get bored with the over frequent updates…

 

The interest has been much higher than I would have anticipated. I guess the very low prices are attracting a lot of first time buyers who are willing to be the first people in an area still awaiting urban renewal.

 

There are several other projects in area including a small infill nearing completion on Hebert near Industrial… as well as another sales office just got put up on the other side of the tracks probably hoping to get visibility from Accès Condo’s traffic… (http://www.condomontjoli.com) .

No fixed date as of yet, it's still being negotiated...
