Wasn't it brought down to 50 after they scrapped the hotel portion of the project, I'm sure if CF owned the avenue or roccabella lots this building would be at least 61-65 floors high

Not exactly. When they reduced the height of the project, they went from 61 to 41 floors. Then they brought it back up to 50 floors..which is what we have today!

Pas vraiment, il sont passé de 61 à 41 étages avant de remonter à 48 étages et puis de finir à 50 pour en avoir autant que l'Avenue.
