    On SSP, someone is reporting 133m for the office tower (we know that already) and at LEAST 160m for the twin towers Apparently this project is similar to the Bell Lightbox tower in Toronto, which is featured on a large podium, with 42 storeys above it and clocks in at 158m.

    What stood out to me in that list was their serious plan to get the ONF to relocate to l'Ilot Balmoral. That is AMAZING news. I really hope we see it happen. That could be a serious tower.

    From CTV News at 6. It's a small photo but you can clearly see "Développement Futur" to the south of St. Antoine! This is where the $1 billion will be spent in the coming years. I can only imagine what they have planned

    They did say that these projects were PHASE 1 and that they owned the land south of St. Antoine, which will be developed as future Phases. Very exciting!!

    Maple Leaf Square is 54 floors and 186m I want this to be true sooooo much, but I don't think it will be bigger. Unless they mean more towers?

    Holy Jesus!! Those are spectacular... talk about density! If these happen, the area around the Bell Centre will start looking like the area around the Air Canada Centre in Toronto!

    I have to say, a lot of the responses here have angered me lol I'm not pro Sun Life or anything, but to single-handedly blame Sun Life as "giving up on Quebec" is absurd. The PQ screwed them over. Wikipedia: In regards to Bill 101: I know we need our employers to speak French, but the PQ really did not care. Something could have been worked out to keep them here. Besides, however you feel about this, Sun Life starting over at zero in Quebec is good news! Stop being so negative lol

    Construction begins in mid-May 2011 and will end by March 2012, according to CTV News.

    Jesseps, I'm pretty sure we have more than 1 5-star hotel. The Westin, Ritz, Sofitel, Queen Elizabeth, Omni, Le Crystal, St James... and I'm sure I'm forgetting some. Plus Waldorf now, and I must say, wow. If that is the new rendering, I like a lot!!

    I'm being ridiculous, but after all that, 119m would be a serious disappointment. I was really thinking it would hit 130m.
