    There has been action on the site for the past two days, though I can't see exactly what they are doing.

    There's a large movile drill thats been moved to the site of phase 2. I think we will see construction starting monday monring.

    They have been re-doing the roof on the Pure Milk building this week.

    It's because that part of the building touches the property line, so the neighbours can build right up against it. Walls like that al always brick or prefab. There's no point putting windows if they are going to be against the neighbours brick.

    With the wording of their question, it was clear they don't really care about "facts", it was more like them just trying to take a shit on the administration, STM, and ATM.

    This building has had the bricks redone this spring, so it looks a lot better now.

    I think it hit the overpass, you can see the crumpled up roof in the first picture. Since it is facing the wrong way in the street, I assume that it was some sort of delivery for the site. If it was going north on lucien l'allier there would be no danger sign on the overpass warning about the low clearance.

    I agree. This plot would never be good for condos, or a large office. It's the perfect use, and it takes away one more parking.
