Pour faire des économies, on crée un look massif, trop bas au niveau de la rue. Ça me rappelle les panneaux du Westin , peu élégants, mais au moins il y a une bonne hauteur de murs vitrés au rez-de-chaussée.

Yes me too. With the Louis Boheme, the Quartier des Spectacles, les Lofts des Arts, le St. Alexandre, along with the infrastructure work being done along st. Catherine from Jeanne-Mance all the way to Phillips Square, and some more on de Maisonneuve, the entire area is a giant construction site. If, or when, the Spectrum and OSM projects get off the ground, it will add to the ballet.

There's a small (private) park arround it... I would be tought to have a major project there.

@Atze et LindbergMTL: Cessez de mettre des photos avec des liens flickr s'il-vous-plait. Ça lag comme c'est pas possible et c'est impossible de lire les récentes discussions quand vos photos load une après l'autre...

 

malek a posté un lien dans discussions générales (sujet en sticky) indiquant là où héberger les photos!
