Nop. It was not there before. The concrete chunk on which the new portico is standing was added recently by CDPQi Infra. R...., R...., R....

Probably poured during winter. La Caisse va sûrement les recouvrir de son enduit "beige viaduc". Or maybe not.

Question comme ça concernant les blocs... Jusqu'à quel point est-ce que l'énoncé patrimonial protège le viaduc de ce genre de modifications?
