I have a Pre-Delivery Deficiency Listing of one of the 2-bedroom units from a friend.  Can't post until it is addressed (or not) by the builder....but it has 108 items including (paraphrasing here to protect the buyer):  

-  Master bedroom door does not close

-  Bathroom water (sink) does not work.  Pipes plugged?  

-  Toilet backup

-  Leaking kitchen faucet

-  Exterior window rattle in low winds

That's the tip of the iceberg.

Les édifices construits à la va-vite pendant la pandémie avec la distanciation des travailleurs et le manque de vérification durant cette période vont être des nids à problèmes... Tu peux pas laisser des gars de la construction à eux-même, ils vont te botcher ça solide, c'est comme des enfants.

Bon courage à lui. J'ai eu quelques problèmes dans mon condo actuel (une petite infiltration d'eau qui est revenue 2 fois), quand je vois le temps que ca a mis pour que ce soit réglé alors que je suis dans un "petit" building (62 condos), je n'imagine pas ce que ca doit être quand tu dois faire fixer des problèmes dans une grande construction de même ..

J'espère que cette description n'est pas symptomatique des problèmes communs qui sévissent dans ce nouvel immeuble. La plomberie notamment semble bâclée, une situation qui pourrait couter très cher en assurances aux résidents et réserver de bien mauvaises surprises avec le temps s'il y a malfaçon. Tout simplement inadmissible pour les prix demandés
