Qui d'entre vous peut m'expliquer ce qu'il sont en train de construire au dessus de l'étage actuellement le plus élevé ? Il y a une construction en bois et je ne comprends pas ce qu'ils sont en train de faire.

Broccolini vient de confirmer que le revêtement pour cette façade sera des panneaux préfabriqués en calcaire de Beauval.

Vous avez bien raison. Déjà 9 étages complétées d'un total de 35/36. Bientôt ils vont enlever l'échafaudage autour de la façade du Dominion Building.

I'm wondering what these protruding balconies are. I cannot find them on any of the previous drawings or artistic renderings. They seem in conflict with the overall design concept. Does anybody have more background on this, why they were added.
