New technology allows potential buyers a 360⁰ view of Le Peterson, in addition to a full scale model getting ready to captivate Montrealers

Overlooking the Quartier des spectacles, Le Peterson sets new standards for the real estate market

MONTREAL, June 11, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - With a genuine "What you see is what you get" approach that will resonate with future buyers, the Benvenuto Group is innovating in the Montreal real estate market by allowing potential condo buyers at Le Peterson, upfront access to the views they will have from their unit. This is the first time in Montreal that a promoter is proposing a new and exciting way to shop by allowing customers to have a view and feel of not only their unit, but also the actual view they will have from every unit. The Peterson will captivate by its unique location, extraordinary architecture and contemporary design and all amenities it offers.

More and more Canadian cities, including Montreal, are making it possible for first time buyers, young professionals and families to own a piece of property in the downtown core. But not many can make the promise that buyers will in fact be buying a piece of landmark. The Peterson condo project is all about being front and center for all that Montreal has to offer, including theatres, festivals, restaurants, museums and boutiques. In short, it's an all-access pass to the best things in life in a distinctive and affordable setting.

"We are extremely pleased to bring this new and exciting project to Montrealers and to further use technology to assist in their purchasing process. We are convinced that, when purchasing a unit, people are not just buying a piece of property; they 'own a piece of landmark', and should be able to see the exact view they will have," stated Mitchell Abrahams, President of the Benvenuto Group, developer of the downtown project. "The use of this technology allows us to present a "no surprise" proposition, letting the potential buyer visualize in a 360⁰ view its future purchase, inside and out! Buyers will experience the breathtaking views spreading across the St. Lawrence River and into the townships as close as their balconies."

Using aerial photography, buyers will have insight on height specific views, according to each floor of units, with access to high resolution images which offers a great amount of detail. The Benvenuto Group contracted a firm specializing in using an inflatable balloon, a blimp, to which was attached a high definition camera, to capture the views of the future tower from as many angles and altitudes as possible, going as high as the 34th and last floor of the project.

The Peterson will have a total of 282 units from 400 to 1300 square feet, starting at $239,000, which will captivate by its unique location, design and all amenities it offers: a lounge and terrace with out-door cooking facility, a theatre and a gym on the 28th floor, as well as climbing wall. On the ground floor, amenities include a lounge with a catering kitchen, a lobby with piano and a bicycle repair shop. The Peterson is also suites for guests, 24-hour concierge service, full design package and space to breathe with 18-foot celling (loft) and 9-foot celling (suite). Charging stations for electric cars will also be available to owners. All units feature high end finishes and are luxurious including exceptional balconies to admire the breathtaking view of the city.

The Peterson is brought to Montrealers by the Benvenuto Group, a company well known for its visionary developments in exciting, urban infill locations in Montreal and Toronto, in partnership with Crofton Moore Developments. The new condo project reflects a distinct character of affordable, contemporary style.

"The future is brightest for a development that is smart and green. It's about location, convenience and access to amenities, mass transit as well as infrastructure. It's also about culture, work life and social life," added Mr. Abrahams. "But first and foremost, it's about finding the right units for the right buyers and making sure we create value for them while enhancing their lifestyle."

Situated on de la Concorde Street between Sherbrooke Street and President-Kennedy Ave., The Peterson will open the doors to its sales office in mid-July with a never-seen-before full sized unit and allowing future buyers to experience the actual South/South-East facing views of all units.
