I haven't been on mtlurb for too long. Where does this rank as major disappointments of suspended/cancelled projects? Given its location in square Victoria, it's gotta be up there in the list?

Dunno but next door there once was Univers project which went kaput as well.. Oh and Triomphe aka Muse...

I'd say Babylone, Univers, Waldorf and Victoire are the biggest disappointments. Honorable mentions to original point zero hotel, Triomphe and the gas station bar/spa in the plateau...

Potential disapointments in Tour QdS and the McGill tower (? don't remember the name) on Square Philips.

But it's not only disapointments: glad that ugly dwarf building didn't go up on Square Victoria

Babylone, Univers, Victoire, Triomphe : nous aurons au moins été épargnés d'avoir à vivre avec des noms pareils... dont le seul charme restera de désigner des échecs.
