    I do not know if I should post it here or in the VIA Rail thread. Can't they just switch to Eurosprinter locomotives to run on REM. True Quebec to Toronto with overhead powerlines will be a bit costly.

    I guess that is good news that the TGF will now see the light of day. I just hope it wont mess up the frequency of the REM from the west island to the city.

    BNC takes possession of the new tower 2022. I wonder who will buy the building they are currently occupying, because that is a pretty big building to have vacant in the city. I am guessing Broco will have it connected to the underground.

    It was nice skating on Lac aux Castors. Is it really because of climate change or the city went all out on 300 hybrid buses and don't want to spend money to maintain a little old rink?

    If Toronto wins, a lot of Americans will be upset and I would suspect Bezos does not want to be one up by Google, because of Sidewalk Labs. That is my 2 cents.

    3 years until we can walk inside the dome. That is a long wait. I guess it will be worth it.

    Montreal is not in the top 20. Toronto made the list. I do hope they win. If not, it will probably either go to: Denver, Austin, Raleigh or Boston.

    Toyota will be launching a hydrogen pilot project here in the province of Quebec with 50 Mirai's for commercial use only. You can read all about it here: http://www.tvanouvelles.ca/2018/01/18/lauto-a-hydrogene-roulera-au-quebec-1 I am looking forward to seeing more electric and hydrogen vehicles on the road in the next decade or so. I for one wouldn't mind getting an electric or hydrogen vehicle.

    I do hope it gets better soon and if not, they should pay to install exterior heaters for the small shelters.

    The rendering is quite plain. It is nothing amazing, they are just making it more modern.
