The Icone towers really do put the Roccabella project to shame, with them directly competing for buyers, and getting the later start they're going to have to really up their game.

Prions : en achetant le terrain derrière, ils changeront la configuration du projet pour utiliser leur terrain au max sans que les tours ne se nuisent entres elles et donc...un nouveau design!

What I feel they should do is build a few towers on the sides of the lot and in the middle make like a pedestrian road leading to the bell center with a fountain and shops sort of like what Dallas has leading to the American Airlines Center

I like that idea*. Only problem is, do the condo owners (Roccabella) want thousands of drunk habsfans walking through their walkway 40 to 50 nights a year??? Screaming loud, pissing in the bushes, throwing cigarette butts all over the place etc.etc.etc. Do they want to pay an extra fee on their condo fees to hire cleaners to clean up the space all those nights?

Un projet mixte avec du commercial au rez-de-chaussé et des bureaux aux premiers niveaux pourrait alors régler les problèmes et aurait ainsi un impact beaucoup plus intéressant sur le secteur!

si je serai le promoteur de ce projet, ce serai un projet mixte avec basilaire commercial, possiblement sur 2 ou 3 étages, qui ferai les terrains au grand complet, bureaux au dessus de 7, 8 voir 10 étages et finalement les tours de condos au dessus des bureaux sans oublier du stationnement à paliers multiples.
