Mondo_Grosso Posté(e) 15 octobre 2020 Partager Posté(e) 15 octobre 2020 So the reason why this project is taking so long to start is that Canvar was not the owner of the entire lot! The city of Montreal owned a large portion right down the middle. This week, they have sold that lot to Canvar (for $9.5 million) so that they can combine it all and build the project. The sale includes an obligation to develop the lot. The project will be 60 floors, not 62. The estimated cost of the project is $100 million, which is very cheap. I really hope it became an interesting and beautiful landmark and not just a boring cheap prefab tower.

I agree with the plurality that a non-sticky “fave” tool and no downvotes would be a good compromise.
