Never underestimate the Montreal graffiti a-holes, they'll  show up with chainsaws to cut down the ivy, they even managed to vandalize the banks of the Lachine canal (using rowboats or scuba equipment)

I really wish they had asked for a derogation to say, 215 metres.  The building could have been slightly less fat/more slender and been the tallest building while still being just under the "Mt Royal regulation."
