Une proposition pour une structure aerienne plus legere serait d'avoir en bordure de rene levesques d'avoir lampadaires comme support verticaux. Un exemple comme le train suspendu de wuppertal. Et le rem serait installer au dessus plutot que dessous.

J'espère que c'est une blague. Il ne faut pas s'improviser urbaniste, en plus de critiquer!

A picture is worth 1000 words. A rapid transit station in Wuppertal above.   Imagine this along R-L and the value of Ivanhoe's downtown core properties.  QED.

Before the crisis hit I was booked for a trip to Wuppertal scheduled for last spring. But as it turns out, the Schwebebahn was closed for technical reasons again, and it will only open some time later this year (planned for August). I’ll likely go in 2022.

Again, an extreme example that doesn’t represent the current designs for elevated guideways. The tracks above New York streets were built a hundred years ago to be functional, and that they are, with roughly 25% more daily boardings per kilometre than our own very busy Métro.

It's worth noting that several of the elevated guideways in Queens have 3 tracks which allows trains to pass each other.

You are right. A picture is worth a thousand words. A picture can also be part of a selection bias via cherry picking of facts and figures to support one's own argument.

Also, I assume that you ending each of your post with the Latin acronym "QED" is just a fancy way to show off that you've just logically proven something with a random copy/pasted image from Google Images? Wow, sir, we are very impressed with your superior command of diction and Google search skills 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
