    Sérieux la le Toronto bashing que ca soit ici ou ailleurs is so stale. Give it up. Both cities have pros and cons (any imploding major arteries in downtown Toronto?) mais elles sont, les deux villes, différentes comme nous le savons tous. Leave it at that.

    MartinMtl The thread is call "(...) phase 03". **** Regardless what the thread is called the render shows a view facing north (or what we call north) with the 1000 in the background obviously on the west side of Peel. And it does not show up on their website (at least not several hours ago).

    Oui en effet me semble que ce coin la serait ideal pour une tour a condo ou hotel. You can't beat the location. C'est le dernier morceaux sur De La Montagne (assuming the other stuff gets built of course!) pour rendre cette rue une vraie rue d'un CV. Bleury est une autre exemple avec ca tour potentielle coin Ste. Cath, rumeur SNC au coin RL (which we haven't anything about in a while now) et le Marriott. La reste la rue Guy a regler

    Looks a little garish ... personally prefer more muted looks. This looks to be on the west side of Peel what phase is this je ne le retrouve pas sur leur site web.

    Hahaha bin raison Arn je pensais la meme chose. About as downtown as you can get mais t'as raison peut etre c'est decrit de tel facon pour donner impression que c'est un plus tranquille... which on this street at 1AM it likely is not!

    Bin c'est pas sur une toute petite rue a l'ouest ... Phillips Square EST sur Union son cote ouest longe la rue!.

    Interesting thing is -- and I may have said this in an earlier post -- when the Bell Center was to be built I was taking a real estate course at Con U for my BComm. We had a guest speaker one night who was from the guys putting up the thing (I believe Marathon Realty) and the Bell Center was to be built to be able to accommodate 2 50 story towers on top of it. So who knows what the future may bring.

    That is really excellent news! 525 unites veut dire environ 275 unites doivent ce vendre pour debuter la construction. In a city of almost 4m people ca ne devrait pas etre impossible!

    So I assume this is the project behind Altitude? Ad in the Gazoo Real Estate section I count over 30 floors maybe 35. Nothing spectacular but nice and fills in another lot! Location can't be beat either. http://www.tomcondos.com

    Have to agree with Peekay -- a question like "Has construction started..." reminds me of the days when certain sites posted certain information to get access to services from a certain telecom provider. "Are the keys posted yet?" was a frequent question. At least make like you read the thread. Having said that welcome to the site dude!

    Avec toutes les bonnes nouvelles de nouveaux projets condos annoncées pour le CV pensez-vous que tous ces projets verrons le jour? Je crois qu'il y a environ 1600 condos qui vont être battis et il me semble que ce n'est pas un numéros énorme a absorber. Ceci étant dit y en a t'ils entre vous qui croient qu'un projet est plus discutable qu'un autre?

    Interesting so the the second phase would cover the eastern portion, including the cheesy restaurant at the corner of RL/Lucien L'Allier and the Hippo crib next door (+ une station de service de moin au CV). Trying to picture how the mansion would fit with the new build. And if green space is aplenty good would be a good addition for that part of downtown. At least the tall stuff gets built first hopefully!
