Phase 2 incoming? Juicy bit of info on bofinger's website:

 

The building at 685 Cathcart St., which houses the Bofinger at 1250 University was sold last summer. The new owners of the building are proceeding with plans to convert the building into condominiums. As construction will begin within the next few months, they have regrettably informed us that they will not be renewing our lease. We are already looking for another downtown location and will keep you posted about the process. In the meantime, please visit any one of our other locations.

Coller sur le Manège militaire et avec un lot très petit, pas sur qu'ils pourront aller en plus hauteur. De plus, l'édifice existante est un rare streamline à Montréal.

65 mètres, ça peut donner environ 16-17 étages.

Là, je veux prévenir que je me suis seulement AMUSÉ à tenter d'illustrer ce que j'avais en tête en parlant d'un ajout au dessus du building original!

 

Ne montez pas aux barricades si vous n'aimez pas!

 

Un ajout de 10 étages sur les 10 étages existant. La dérogation ne serait pas si importante!
