You know one is going to be 180m?    I'm thinking more like 200m and 60m.   There is a reason the ICAO building is built the way it is and take a look at the now very old phase II of Cite International....

This thread exist solely based on the affirmation made by 2 forum members that there is a future project of two 200m towers. I don't know why we are speculating about the feasibility of constructing over the expressway or any combination of heights when the only information we have is that it's going to be 2 towers of 200m.

There is nothing planned for the north portion of the site. Two towers on the south parcel, and if it’s not 2x200, it will be very close.

Its obviously residential, since 2 towers will be very slim on that rectangular lot. Talk about density. The north lot is not even included!

1) Yes but one of these members is Budgeteaser and usually what he says can be taken for cash.

2) We're speculating because it's in the title of the thread even though we know it's not speculation. 

3) We have new info and it's gonna be very close to 200m... but I still wish they're not the same height.

Je pense la même chose puisque la demande d'espaces à bureaux est vraiment marginale pour le moment, tandis que le résidentiel a encore le vent dans les voiles. Ce pourrait d'ailleurs être un projet mixte.

Le moins que l'on puisse dire c'est que la localisation est optimale pour pouvoir rayonner dans toutes les directions avec une mobilité extraordinaire en matière de modes de transport.  Le lien avec le RESO le rend encore plus attrayant et le fait d'être en face du square Victoria lui conférera une note de prestige indéniable.

It looks like it will be an interesting shape at the base, hopefully the two pencil towers will be nice - hopefully not all glass like One Madison.

Ce croquis a déjà été publié sur le forum jadis, mais ça correspond aux indices donnés par Budge. Deux tours + parc (les trois ti-narbres sur la partie autoroute). Pour la hauteur du bâtiment qui fait toute la longueur nord-sud, il suffit de la multiplier par 3 pour avoir la hauteur totale des tours (si les proportions du croquis sont exactes).
