Nop. Official ramp access to the electrical station up there. Everything is permanent, fenced up and all.

Couldn't they have thrown that sub station somewhere under the bridge? There's a lot of space under there. Right now, it is just a magnet for graffiti artists. Putting something useful in that space and closing it around the station would have been a far better use of the public space.

By the way, you may notice on my pic that the electric substation up there is already graffité (as well as the concrete wall down there)🙄
