Nope. This is definitely some species of buckeye, possibly Aesculus flava. It is widely planted nowadays as cities try to diversify their urban forests – think Dutch elm disease, emerald ash borer, etc. – and promote native North American species.

Either flava (yellow buckeye), or hippocastanum (horse chestnut). Good eye!
