Qui jettera à terre un édifice rentable pour simplement le remplacer par plus gros? Laissons la logique des affaires jouer son rôle. C'est le marché qui dicte le geste. Quand tous les lots vacants du secteur auront été développés, alors peut-être que la pression du marché imposera ce genre d'action?
