  1. I wonder if all the terror threats in Europe will make some France/Switzerland companies to move to Montreal. I've definitely been noticing more and more Parisian and Marseillaise accents lately...maybe it's just tourists though. What do you guys think?

    Peekay? P ka?

Nono the OQLF doesn't go after personal names, they go after things like Boxing Day. What an embarrassment...laughing stock of the country. http://www.cbc.ca/beta/news/canada/montreal/oqlf-boxing-day-christmas-2015-1.3369590
  3. Would look nicer if the bars were spaced out a bit more
  4. It's nice that you can copy paste articles from the Internet. I commend you for that. I still don't see anything that says Toronto will lose 50-100k banking jobs in the next 15 years. Pretty vague statement.
Y'all are in such denial it's crazy.
  6. Lots of numbers, nothing to back it up.
Y'a rien à argumenter ici.
  10. Pas rapport. The financial crisis of 2008 sunk many US cities that had too many eggs in the same basket, like Detroit, whose local economy was strictly driven by the automobile industry.

Amen!!!
  16. I haven't been on mtlurb for too long. Where does this rank as major disappointments of suspended/cancelled projects? Given its location in square Victoria, it's gotta be up there in the list?
  17. I was told that with the current height plans, its 40 stories tall, with 37 "livable" floors (no 3, 13, 14). So if the city allows the height enhancement, it'll probably be closer to 50 stories.

  19. Beautiful design, but a bit short for RL. Can't win em all.
