    I was looking at the prices and 150k is affordable, but what do you get for that? A small box? I have a car and I have to take a parking so add to this what 35K and we are passed 200k and plus . I guess its affordable considering location and services, yet im sure condos fees will be very high ??? This would be my primary reason for not buying in these new condos, as I can afford this, but cannot afford everything else. But I too would be interested in a unit at UNIVERS .

    Just came back from there ... took a walk all arround that parking lot ... and saw the old building that will be thorn down and above is the picture we see here of 2 towers . It really struck me of how big this land is and I was looking arround and you can see the cranes of Grifintown and soon will see the action arround Bell center

    De quoi tu parles? C'est laitte ca ,... j'espere qu'ils ne vont point faire ces rendus. Jaime 200% plus le rendus moderne quon a récament vu ?

    I love it...out of many travel shows about Montreal, I must say, it really gives you that bohemian vibe that Montreal is famous for .

    Yeah its hard getting much info about this project at all. I remember last year doing a media piece for my company about lux hotels in Canada and not 1 phone call was returned for WA .... Was really hard to get any references on that,but I still wrote about it. They certainly still have this project, but its certainly under wraps

    Something to add about WA : On Friday my collegue from ours offices in Toronto said that the Hilton rep came to see them. She was proud to show them the new Waldorf Astoria catalogue and he told me that the Montreal one was there ;-) I then asked for the email of this rep and below is what I wrote to her and below this her reply : Me : ''Hello Ms *******, I was told by a colleague of the Mississauga office that a Waldorf Astoria will be built in Montreal . Can you give me more details ? If you know the date of construction, or if you know if they will be opening their sales office soon for the condos ? Its been a long time since I heard anything about this project, and it would be nice to know that it is still in the works . Regards '' ************** The Hilton rep : ''Thank you very much for your email and interest in our WA Montreal. Originally this property was to open in 2014 but it is now slated for 2015. Currently there is no staff assigned to this property. Usually this process happens 1 year out. I am very excited that Montreal will house the first Canadian Waldorf Astoria. Until then, if I can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate in contacting me. Best wishes for a wonderful weekend, Hilton rep "

    J'ai juste un beef avec ''Hotel'' 7 étages en bas.... Moi personnellement, je n'aimerais guerre occuper le 5iem étages d'un hotel ''haute gamme''. J'espere que l'hotel va etre plus haut (pas rapport, pas bien pensé) .

    Ok so walked by there today and noticed more action there... they are emptying the rooms and dumping crapp in dump and the chinease restaurant finally closed and borded up and I saw people inside clearing stuff ... Looks like they have finally restarted this project

    Non, je parle du petit édifice pas le haut ... sur le terrain ou maintenant est utlisé pour les festivals ... Ou le Spectrum était ???

    Ca va etre quoi l'édifice sur le terrain du spectrum (st-Cath et Bleurry) ? Il parrait beau sur le dessin, mais ca va servir a quoi ?

    Je crois c'est la frontiere ... la personne qui a dit la rumeur a entendu Griffintown... c'est pas loin de ETS

    Je suis passé par ou va etre la tour Deloite et je crois la plus grosse tour va etre juste en arriere de celle ci, car c'est un immense terrain .
