    Yes it is Marco .. courtyard is a 3 star I like the idea of Holiday inn there ... great brand great idea for the less posh folk who like nice hotels and service Makes perfect sense

    I was just walking around Stanley- st- Catherine .... the view of the Deloitte tower from there is stunning .... This baby when completed will be beautiful .. Cheers to CF

    You are correct internationalx and the Residence inn by Marriott on Peel is almost completed ... they would of already selected the designers by now Renaissance is one of their higher end Brand ... the highest end brands of Marriott banner are : Ritz-and JW Marriott followed by Renaissance So my bet is this is for real
