Well it will be the tallest all-residential building. The Marriott is obviously is part hotel, and Altoria is partially offices. It will also be the 19th tallest building in the city.

 

It works out to 3.875m/floor. [124m /32 floors (33 floors without a 13th floor)]

mmmm ... that kinda works ! .. i like how it creates a kind of a staircase effect, leading up to that pinnacle. it will look very "thin" from the side, though.
