This might have something to do with the environmental study they must be conducting on the site!

I was by the "site" today and it seemed much more involved than a few pilot holes for soil samples.

yeah but the major difference is that the Marriott isn't a partial condo project, Waldorf on the other hand has 76 very expensive units for sale

Ça démontre une grande confiance dans le marché immobilier montréalais de lancer ce projet en ce moment économique difficile !!!

Pas tout à fait, malheureusement.

 

Ces travaux peuvent etre considéré comme un début de construction mais c'est plus des travaux de préparation pour une éventuelle construction. À mon avis ces travaux sont relié à l'immeuble déjà existant coin Guy et Sherbrooke (Centre médical). Bien sur cet immeuble sera relié au futur Waldorf donc il est important de mettre à jour celui-ci avant toute chose.

Mais je peux me tromper.

 

Chose certaine, il y a de l'activité et c'est ce qui compte.
