Too bad about the lack of public parking to cater to the new crossroads of furniture and home stores... Actually forget public parking, even loading bays would be nice. 

Can't believe the city doesn't have proper by-laws for things like loading bays, guest parking where commercial exists or alleyways for trash collection..

Ça convient très bien aux résidents des environs, qui peuvent s'y rendre à l'occasion d'une promenade, entrer dans les magasins, fureter, se renseigner, prendre une décision, acheter, puis faire livrer à domicile.  Une expérience différente, au diapason du mode de vie recherché dans le quartier.

Le Bouclair est maintenant ouvert et ce n'est pas le Bouclair des années 90. Très urbain, très tendance. Belle addition. Aussi, au coin Peel/Smith toujours à la base du MaryRobert, un nouveau commerce d'électros haut de gamme s'en vient. La 2e photo est le hall d'entrée des condos.

C’est moi ou ce projet est « complété » ?

Avec les milliers de nouveaux résidents et encore d'autres qui suivront, le quartier est mûr pour faire vivre plusieurs commerces et leur assurer une bonne rentabilité. Un élément indispensable quand on pense à la ville comme milieu de vie.
