SKYMTL
3 million square feet can be built upwards as well with the new bottling line technology. However, what Molson has now would need to be kept so quick access to logistics. The corner of Dickson and Notre Dame would make sense but Notre Dame is a freaking mess already with all the Port traffic.
GDS
^ True, but you are looking at 10 years from today that a new facility would be in production. Infrastructure upgrades will be included in whatever site they choose.
crosbyshow

fmfranck
A better Montréal without demolishing the Québec model is hardly utopia. (utopia is a term created from ancient greek to designate an impossible place, a non-place in fact) Edited July 6, 2017 by fmfranck
