There was at least 2 modifications. 1 or 2 office floors were removed from the podium and the top of the tower was altered (dark part finishes 1 floor higher than it was supposed to. Né entre les rapides Posté(e) 23 octobre 2017 Partager Posté(e) 23 octobre 2017 il y a une heure, mark_ac a dit : Once Montreal becomes a prized real estate market worthy of divine architecture we will see it. We’re clearly not there Would you please provide a list of those cities that are clearly there already. I reserve the right to examine samples of hellish architecture that may also dot the landscape of the said cities. For a start, I might look at the Pearl of the Orient, a.k.a. Hong Kong. Only then shall we be able to grasp the true meaning of «divine» in a earthly context. However, my main point is far more prosaic: I do not crave for divine architecture, just fine architecture. Other things are more important, such as people's happiness and health; a good dose of natural settings nearby is also a big plus.

SKYMTL Posté(e) 23 octobre 2017 Partager Posté(e) 23 octobre 2017 Well one thing is certain, despite the Habs are doing everything they can to devalue the brand right now this thing is nearly sold out already. As with the other phases, the construction company and their subtrades are mandated to buy a minimum of one unit per company. That takes +/- 100 units off the market before construction even starts. Meanwhile, the insider "pre sales" have sold another ~250 so far. I'm guessing that by the time the general public gets their hands on reservations, there will be 100 units or so left. Obviously marketing this thing to the right markets (English & Chinese) has paid dividends already.
