    It makes no sense to not have included and demolished the building(s) at the corner of la Gauchetiere.

    The 2 or 3 story building currently being built Should have been at least as tall as the AECOM building. The additional floors would have made for a great hotel site.

    I really don't understand why they didn't use the median of the 40 instead of building in front of buildings on the north side of the 40

    I would have liked to see a public square in the area to make the buildings breathe a little.

    I hope this building will be set back in line with the Concordia building to the west so that we have a "square like" space in front of it.

    Imagine a mini rail (expo 67 style) from downtown through McGill through the mountain to St Joseph's oratory.

    Or maybe like an Epcot Centre do a permanent exhibition with a dozen or so exhibitors - countries, largo corporations, etc highlighting culture and development in the spirit of expo 67.

    If the height allows for stacking for the trains below it would have no effect on train operations.

    I like very much your idea of elevating the promenade. Would it make sense to have the promenade over the train tracks, like Chicago, hence bringing the promenade to the edge of the river

    To hide the fake facades, an option could be to cover it all with Neon signs and lights.

    We have great expectations for this site - what a disappointment! I think the biggest problem with this rendering are the balconies.
